New Simple Plan Single Ft. Sean Paul

Canadian pop-punkers Simple Plan released a new version of their song Summer Paradise featuring Jamaican raggae/rap/dance artist Sean Paul. The single serves as the third single from their fourth studio album “Get Your Heart On”, released on June 21, 2011. The orignal album version of the song featured Somali-Canadian rapper K’naan.

It’s a quintessential summer track, with all the hooks and melodies to make you feel like you’re either at the beach, or on your way there having the time of your life. Although, i must admit it does have a very generic beach sound and the guitar-riff sounds dangerously like Train’s “Hey, Soul Sister.”
