Christian Eriksen Hat-Trick sends Denmark to the World Cup [Video]
The Dane delivers the death-blow.

We’ve had a delay in club football to conclude all the play-off and qualification games necessary to determine which 32 teams will be jetting off the 2018 World Cup in Russia next year.
One of the second-leg playoff games was being contested between the Republic of Ireland and Denmark. Despite starting badly and going a goal down early, Denmark fought back quickly, mostly aided by the creative ability of their star player Christian Eriksen.
The Tottenham Hotspur midfield has had a solid season with Spurs, and continued that fine form for his country against the Irish.
All attacks seemed to go through him as he notched a hat-trick during the duration of the game. All his goals were impressive, but his first (at 1:35) is probably the pick of the bunch. A poorly cleared cross fell fortuitously to Eriksen at the edge of the box that he didn’t hesitate to put his laces through.
He would go on to add two more to his own tally as the Danes ran out 5-1 victors, securing their position as one of the 32 teams chasing World Cup glory in less than 12 months.
Which of his goals do you think was the best, his first powerful drive, or the finesse shot with his weak foot from the edge of the box? Let us know!
