One of the Worst Butchered Tries in History?

Newcastle rugby league has thrown up potentially the biggest blooper you will see all year.

It happened last Saturday in a reserve grade match between Macquarie Scorpions and the Cessnock Goannas.

Scorpions looked destined to score a sensational length of the field try only to cough up a gift pass with the tryline within reach.
