The Warriors have been looking for someone to step up into their playmaker role since sidestepping superstar Shaun Johnson switched NRL clubs, but young Kodi Nikorima has made an immediate impact since joining the New Zealand club.

The 25-year-old managed to score a try for himself, slipping through the Panthers defence with an inside dummy before putting some footwork on fullback Nathan Cleary.
