Every boy who loves rugby in South Africa dreams of one day playing for the Springboks, but it’s not all glamour and sliding over the tryline. There’s a lot of work and dedication behind-the-scenes that goes into making it to the top, as the Junior Boks are beginning to understand.

The South African U20 side are currently in Italy competing for the U20 Championships, and as the tournament gets underway, SARU has released an insightful video showcasing exactly what the Baby Boks do, how they train, and the physical and mental tests they go through to do what they do.
