We’ve seen some seriously impressive youngsters showcasing their skill at schoolboy level lately, including Taniela ‘Tongan Thor’ Tupou, who recently signed for the Reds, and another Australian youngster is making waves in both codes.

Kalyn Ponga has just signed to the Cowboys in the National Rugby League, even though he is still playing high-school rugby union with Churchie 1st XV.

Ponga shows some serious skill at fullback, carving up many defences with his impressive sidestep and speed, and we’re sure this young-gun has a bright future ahead of him.
