While everyone’s eyes were glued to the Rugby World Cup semi-final action this past weekend, many missed that the United Rugby Championship got underway again, with the Lions hosting the Stormers in the opening round of the renewed competition.
The match proved to be a tight affair, with the Stormers winning 33-35; with one of the best tries of the evening coming from young star Sacha Feinberg-Mngomezulu, who used some superb skills to regather the ball after it was kicked forward.
