WATCH: Kolbe & Kolisi Have Superb Games for their New Clubs
The Bok superstars make their mark in the foreign leagues.
World Cup-winning Springboks Cheslin Kolbe and Siya Kolisi have headed off to their new clubs since the global tournament, with Kolbe plying his skills with Tokyo Sungoliath in the Japan League One while Kolisi has joined French giants Racing 92.
Kolbe made his first official debut after playing in a trial game last weekend, and was awarded Man of the Match for his performance against Kubota Spears this week. Kolisi started in the No. 7 jersey in the Champions Cup match against Harlequins, and despite narrowly losing, the South African captain showed that he’s fitting in very well up North.
