Angelo Davids delivers a rib-breaker!
There’s no love lost in SA’s local Currie Cup derbies, and the intensity and physicality could be felt in Western Province winger Angelo Davids’ hit on Sharks scrumhalf Sanele Nohamba in this weekend’s clash between the two sides.
After receiving an admittedly lofted pass from Sharks loose forward Sikhumbuzo Notshe, Nohamba was caught off guard by Davids who put in a punishing hit on the small scrumhalf.
Nohamba was OK, and the Sharks went on to win the match, but one has to appreciate the effort by Davids.
