WATCH: Samoa Score Outrageous 100 Metre Try Against USA
Samoa score the longest try in Sevens history.
The Cape Town Sevens came to a close this past weekend, with Argentina being crowned victors of the South African leg of the tournament. However, there were some spectacular moments from all the teams, with one of the standouts being Samoa’s coast-to-coast try against the USA.
After intercepting the ball in their own in-goal area, Samoa decided to go on the attack, and thanks to some great running, slick passing, and impressive fitness, the Samoans were able to score at the other end of the field.
