Kuridrani’s incredible finish
Wallaby centre Tevita Kuridrani scored a brilliant try in Australia’s 25-23 win over France, finishing in the corner with very little room to spare.

Ebersohm’s individual try
South African centre Robert Ebersohn outplayed All Black counterpart Ma’a Nonu to lead Castres to a comprehensive 34-17 victory over Toulon in the early game.

Giroud’s equaliser
Arsenal had been strangely subdued against Manchesyer United until Olivier Giroud combined with another substitute, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, to head in the goal that left a sudden, damp silence in the home stands.

Perisic’s dramatic finish
Ivan Perisic’s stoppage-time equaliser denied AC Milan at the death in the Derby della Madonnina as Inter Milan salvaged a 2-2 draw.
