Israel Dagg Adizero RS7 Pro boot

Israel Dagg is known for his flashy footwork and eye-catching footwear, and the Crusaders and All Black fullback is giving his opinion on the new Adidas Adizero RS7 Pro boot and what it does for his game.

The Adizeros RS7 line became well-known in 2011 thanks to the likes of Sonny Bill Williams and Ma’a Nonu wearing the bright built-for-rugby boots.

The boots have become a favourite of players due to the light-weight and strong stud layout.

This season, the RS7’s have got a darker makeover from last season’s electric blue colour, but the alternative bright lab-lime colour scheme will still stick out.

Rugby Informer also gave a rundown of some of the boots of the Super Rugby season.

Should I get these (well, actually the newer ones the 4.0s) or the Adidas predator Incurza 2s? What are your thoughts rugby informer! Please note: My strengths are passing and kicking and I play as a fullback/winger. Appreciated!

Hey Jim! I’d recommend the Adizero RS7s for your role. The Incurza’s are brilliant boots, however, they’re tailored for goal-kickers specifically. The light-weight RS7s will provide you with speed and great grip, while also having a wide surface area for kicking! Once you’ve picked them up, let us know what you think of them 🙂
