Israel Dagg’s incredible try against Chiefs
While the Crusaders may have lost, the slippery fullback scored a dazzling individual try to give his side some hope in the tight encounter.
Despite the 19-20 loss against the Chiefs, the Crusaders fought valiantly against the reigning champions, and if anyone was to spark some excitement, it was Crusaders fullback Israel Dagg.
Dagg used his impressive footwork and speed to get around the outside of a Chiefs frontrower, and managed to beat winger Tikorotuma to go into the corner.
It was to no avail though, as the Chiefs went on to secure the match and place themselves in the final of the 2013 Super Rugby tournament.
The Chiefs will take on the Brumbies in Hamilton, which is sure to be a fitting climax to the season.
