Tokyo Sevens final – video highlights

In addition to the Super Rugby action that took place this weekend, another stop on the HSBC Sevens Circuit took place in Tokyo, Japan.

While the South African Sevens team hasn’t found glory in recent stops, the Blitzbokke went big in Japan and made it to the Cup final.

South Africa took on log-leaders New Zealand in a compelling final that saw the Blitzbokke come out 24-19 victors.

Australia ended up in third place, and also grab themselves some valuable points heading into the next stop of the Series in Glasgow, Scotland.
