Marshall had a less than satisfactory game upon his first appearance back in rugby league after his sudden departure from union.
Benji Marshall’s unsuccessful stint in rugby union was rather disappointing for fans of the league superstar, but with Benji saying bon voyage to the Blues and settling back into the NRL with the Dragons, the 28-year-old playmaker hasn’t exactly had his ideal return.
Marshall looked rather out of place back in the 13-man game, and the made a number of handling errors throughout the game.
The Dragons went down 36-0 to the Eels, one of their worst performances in recent history.
