Microsoft: Xbox 720 with built-in Kinect is a good idea
Next Microsoft console would benefit from more Kinect-orientation.

While rumors of new consoles begin to line the horizon, Microsoft is happy to talk about some of their thoughts regarding their expected follow-up to the Xbox 360.
According to OXM, Microsoft product manager Glenn Gregory reckons “there are a lot of capabilities in [Kinect] that people haven’t used yet” (the next twelve months will apparently be “really interesting”).
“I think it’s about making as much of the core technology available to everybody who’s engaging with the platform. A game like Mass Effect for example, if you knew that everyone who played that game has the same capabilities as Kinect owners then we’d see a lot more of the Kinect integration.”
Interestingly, Microsoft also announced that the next Xbox machine will not be shown at E3 2012, as the Xbox 360 is still performing above expectations in 2012.
